How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription or trial anytime by visiting your Profile Settings.

Steps to Cancel:

  1. Go to Profile Settings > Subscription.
  2. Select "Cancel Subscription" under your active plan.
  3. Follow the confirmation steps to complete your cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • If you cancel a 14-day trial or subscription, you will retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will switch to the free version with limited access.

No Active Premium Subscription on Your StockInvest.us Account?

If your account shows no active Premium subscription, it means:

  • You don’t currently have a paid subscription on this account.
  • There is no payment information associated with this account.

But you’re still seeing charges?

This could mean you have an active Premium subscription on another StockInvest.us account. In this case, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your payment details, such as:

  • The last 4 digits of the charged card.
  • The date and amount of the transaction.

We’ll assist you in locating the subscription and resolving the issue promptly.

Refund Policy

We issue refunds for subscriptions within 10 days of the original purchase of the subscription.

A refund can be issued only for the last payment made and if it is requested within 10 days of that payment.

Please note, that if you cancel your subscription, no automatic refunds will be issued. Your subscription will remain active until the expiration date and then switch to the free version with limited access.

If you think you've been charged incorrectly or didn’t use Premium, here's what to check:

Accidental Trial Conversions

  • If you started a 14-day trial and did not cancel before it ended, it automatically converts to a paid subscription.
  • Trials must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid charges.

Multiple Accounts

  • You may have subscribed using another email, Google ID, or Apple ID.
  • Check your emails for subscription confirmation or billing receipts.

Technical Issues

  • In some cases, payment gateway technical issues may affect the order process.
  • If you notice two identical charges on the same date from us, please contact our support team at [email protected].
  • Our team will investigate the issue and assist with any necessary adjustments or refunds.
