The Philly Fed’s latest Manufacturing Index reading came in at 17.2, down 6.9 from last month's 24.1. The 3-month moving average came in at 22.9, up from 20.1 from last month.
The diffusion index for General Business Conditions at 3.7 was a decrease of 13.5 from the previous month's 17.2.
