It is alleged that the suspect was quarreling with another person when he drew his pistol and discharged it and one bullet struck the victim who was sitting outside the bar with his cousin and friends. The victim was taken by his cousin and friends to Eenhana District State hospital where he received medical treatment and transferred to Onandjokwe Hospital in serious but stable condition.
