Wisdomtree Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q1 2026
WisdomTree reported strong Q1 2026 results marked by record AUM, broad-based inflows, strategic acquisitions, and margin expansion. AUM reached roughly $152.6 billion at quarter end (and ~$164.3 billion including the Atlantic House acquisition and early April market moves), driven by $5.9 billion of net inflows across regions and product types (notably international equities, UCITS thematic funds, fixed income and leveraged/inverse products) and market appreciation. Revenue for the quarter was $159.5 million (up 48% YoY), with Other Revenues benefiting from European commodity trading activity and contributions from Ceres. Adjusted net income was $40.6 million ($0.27 per share), and adjusted operating margin expanded substantially year-over-year. WisdomTree closed the Atlantic House acquisition (~$4B AUM, ~95 bps revenue yield) financed with new convertible notes, which management expects to be modestly accretive and to raise firm revenue yield ~2 bps. Management raised gross margin guidance by 1pp, left the compensation-to-revenue ratio range unchanged (26–28%), and updated other FY guidance items (interest expense ~ $53M, interest income ~$10M, adjusted tax rate ~24–25%). Digital/tokenized capabilities continue to scale (tokenized money market fund WTGXXR reached record AUM and unique SEC-exemptive relief for intraday secondary trading), and Ceres and Atlantic House are positioned to diversify revenue and accelerate higher-yield product distribution. Management emphasized disciplined M&A (as a complement to organic growth), continued product launches (including defined-outcome/derivative solutions across U.S. and Europe), and confidence in continued earnings-per-share acceleration.
