Special counsel John Durham accused a lawyer for the Democrats of sharing with the CIA in 2017 internet data aimed at raising the intelligence community''s suspicions of Donald Trump''s ties to Russia.
Two-Thirds Of Democrats Want Hillary Spying, Fake Russia Charges Investigated; New Poll Finds Authored by Steve Watson via Summit News, A poll has revealed that a stunning 66 percent of DEMOCRATS want to see a new investigation into Hillary Clinton’s role in spying on the Trump 2016 campaign, and the baseless charges of Russian collusion that followed his victory in the election. The issue has come back into the spotlight following revelations of the Durham probe into the FBI’s investigation, which found that Clinton operatives paid a tech company to “infiltrate” servers at Trump Towers and the White House, not only to spy on the Trump team and dig up dirt, but also allegedly with the intention to manufacture a “narrative” of Russian collusion. Now we know. The 2016 Clinton campaign was a criminal enterprise. Paying tech executives to infiltrate Trump servers & the White House. How The British Establishment Functions

07:00am, Tuesday, 15'th Feb 2022 Zero Hedge
How The British Establishment Functions Authored by Craig Murray via Consortium News, I suggested in my last post that the British Establishment may be looking for a way out of the terrible Assange debacle without raising difficult truths about the United States justice and penal system. The functioning of the Establishment, the way it forms a collective view and how that view is transmitted, is a mystery to many. Some imagine instructions must be transmitted by formal cabals meeting as Freemasons or Bilderbergers or some such grouping. It is not really like that, although different fora of course do provide venues for the powerful to gather and discuss . I have a bit of a feel for it all, having been a diplomat for 20 years and member of the Senior Civil Service for six. And if I was advising someone who wanted to think of it seriously, I would say human nature doesn’t change; read Thackeray and Trollope, Harold Nicolson and watch the amazing Brian Cox in Succession. All these sources give genuine glimpses of insight.
Still No Answers On The CIA''s Unconstitutional Mass Surveillance Of Americans By Matthew Guariglia & Andrew Crocker via Common Dreams/Electronic Freedom Foundation, The Central Intelligence Agency has been collecting American’s private data without any oversight or even the minimal legal safeguards that apply to the NSA and FBI, an unconstitutional affront to our civil liberties. According to a declassified report released last week by the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board (PCLOB), the CIA’s surveillance program is reminiscent of the mass surveillance programs conducted by the NSA, though the details released thus far paint a disturbing picture of potential wide-scale violations of people’s privacy. To start, the CIA program has apparently been conducted outside the statutory reforms and oversight of the intelligence community instituted after revelations by Edward Snowden in 2013 . The newly declassified CIA data collection program is carried out in conjunction with Executive Order 12333 and is therefore subject to even less oversight than the woefully under-supervised NSA surveillance programs subject to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
Where Did Zelensky''s Sarcastic Reference To The "Feb.16 Russian Invasion" Day Come From? As we detailed earlier , during the Monday evening speech by Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskiy - which was intended to calm fears of the West''s predicted "imminent" Russian invasion - he made a passing reference to "February 16" being the "day of the attack" . Naturally this triggered an avalanche of rapid, breathless US media reports saying Wednesday is the day the invasion will begin, combined with the fact that Zelesnkiy declared the same day a special "day of unity" for the Ukrainian nation. "We are told that February 16 will be the day of the attack," he had said , according to a translation. But as it turns out, he was in a sense stating just the opposite . While continuing to urge calm among the citizenry, and after previously chastising foreign media for stoking panic, this was another instance of gently mocking foreign hyped reports. Yet it was widely presented as his literal words. Officials with his administration had to scramble to correct the misunderstanding. "Ukrainian officials told reporters in Kyiv that Zelensky was not being literal about an attack on Wednesday - though that day has circulated in news reports as a possible opening day of a Russian campaign on Ukraine," The Hill explained. "Zelensky and Ukraine''s government have criticized the United States at times for over-stating the danger of an imminent Russian invasion of the country." Source: UPI So then the question remains: what information was Zelenskiy referring to, particularly when he said "We are told … " that Wednesday would be the day the Russians attack?
Special counsel John Durham accused a lawyer for the Democrats of sharing with the CIA in 2017 internet data purported to show Russian-made phones being used in the vicinity of the White House complex, as part of a broader effort to raise the intelligence community''s suspicions of Donald Trump''s ties to Russia shortly after he took office.

Durham: Clinton Allies Spied On The Executive Office Of The President Submitted by Techno Fog via The Reactionary , The Michael Sussmann case is heating up. On February 11, 2022, Durham filed the Governments Motion to Inquire into Potential Conflicts of Interest in the Michael Sussmann case. Read it here. As you might recall, Sussmann was charged with giving false statements to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker regarding the interests he was representing in pushing to the FBI the Alfa Bank/Trump Organization hoax. More background information on the Sussmann indictment can be found here . The basis for the motion is that Sussmanns current counsel, Latham & Watkins LLP (Latham) might have a conflict of interest because Latham previously represented Perkins Coie and Mark Elias in this investigation. It is alleged that Latham likely possesses confidential knowledge about Perkins Coies role in, and views concerning, Sussmanns past activities. (Cleaned up.) There might also be a conflict because Latham was representing both the Clinton Campaign and Hillary for America in the Special Counsels investigation.
