As reports of shelling in Ukraine by Russian backed separatists emerged, financial markets overnight have gone into reverse, setting up another tough day for the local stock market. Business Editor Ross Greenwood says the uncertain situation in Ukraine is setting the tone for markets right now. The markets rose when reports emerged of Russia withdrawing from the border but are now unsteady in the wake of rising tensions. The Dow Jones index fell 0.6 per cent last night and the Nasdaq is down approximately 2.5 per cent with more markets expected to be affected.
