NI Executive agrees to bolster work-from-home guidance

Ministers have agreed a series of measures aimed at increasing compliance with existing public health rules and guidance.
The Northern Ireland Executive is due to meet again on Tuesday morning. Ministers met on Monday to discuss a number of areas including working from home and ''scores on the doors'' Covid compliance ratings for businesses. Discussions will continue after Health Minister Robin Swann said venues could be forced to close over Christmas if coronavirus cases continue to rise.He previously advised anyone who worked from home when the pandemic began last year to do so again now. After Monday''s meeting, Deputy First Minister Michelle O''Neill said: "The Health Minister presented a paper to Ministers who met this morning to consider it. While the meeting was constructive and progress was made, it was agreed more work was needed. The Executive will meet again in the morning to finalise the approach."In another update, an NI Executive spokesperson said: The Executive met this morning to consider a paper from the Health Minister.
