Leading investors ChrysCapital, Sequoia and the promoters plan to sell Curatio Healthcare, at a valuation of ₹2,000-2,300 crore ($300 million), ET first reported in January. Feelers were sent to top buyout funds and domestic pharma majors such as Dr Reddy''s, Torrent and Cadila Healthcare.
Some recovery in the financial space and gains in heavyweights such as ITC, Dr Reddy''s and Tech Mahindra helped the headline indices trim their intraday losses.

The 30-share BSE index ended 778.38 points or 1.38 per cent lower at 55,468.90. Similarly, the NSE Nifty plunged 187.95 points or 1.12 per cent to 16,605.95.
