Stellantis, the parent of Chrysler, Jeep and Ram, and the United Automobile Workers union said they had reached a deal on a new contract similar to the one that the union reached with Ford.
The labor deal with Stellantis would provide raises for employees and send more than 14,000 striking employees back to work.
The tentative deal is the result of contentious negotiations, which saw thousands of union members walk out of plants and onto picket lines.
