Social media platform Twitter has added multiple new payment options for its tip jar options, including Ethereum. Twitter users will now be able to send ETH tips. Additionally, users from Nigeria, India, and Ghana can now take advantage of the tipping feature and use it to send funds. Even though BTC tips were already enabled on the platform via the Lightning network, the recent addition of Ethereum addresses lends weight to the argument that Twitter is eager to explore non-BTC crypto features, like the infamous hexagonal NFT profile pictures.
