Despite this, Apple remains a pivotal investment for Berkshire, with its stake valued at $174 billion, outpacing its second-largest investment in Bank of America. Buffett, at Berkshire's 2023 annual meeting, praised Apple, noting its exceptional growth over five years. However, concerns over operations in China and regulatory scrutiny have impacted Apple, with Microsoft surpassing it as the world's most valuable company.
