Entegris Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q3 2025
Entegris reported Q3 2025 revenue of $807M (flat YoY, +2% QoQ) with non-GAAP EPS of $0.72 and GAAP EPS of $0.46. Gross margin was ~43.6% (about 100 bps below guidance) driven by underutilized manufacturing capacity, including new Taiwan and Colorado facilities. Free cash flow was $191M — the highest in six years — helped by selective inventory reductions (~$50M) and strong operating cash flow. Management’s near-term priorities are: (1) deepen customer intimacy and expand engagement upstream into ecosystem partners and mainstream logic to drive plan-of-record (POR) wins and content-per-wafer, (2) accelerate qualification and ramp of new Taiwan and Colorado facilities to capture future demand and improve leverage, and (3) improve free cash flow and reduce debt (paid $150M of term loan in Q3; gross debt ~$3.9B; net leverage 3.9x; target gross leverage <4x). CapEx is expected to materially decrease in 2026 as most of the large investment cycle concludes, while depreciation will incrementally rise (Colorado in service in October). Company sees strong AI-driven demand in advanced logic and memory (HBM, improving 3D NAND sentiment) but remains prudent and wait-and-see on broader market recovery. Q4 guidance: revenue $790–$830M, gross margin 43–44%, non-GAAP EPS $0.62–$0.69. Investor Day planned May 11, 2026.
