Entegris Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q1 2026
Entegris reported a solid start to 2026 with Q1 revenue of $812M, up 5% YoY, with both adjusted gross margin (46.9%) and adjusted EPS ($0.86) above guidance. Growth was driven by a 7% increase in Advanced Purity Solutions (APS) and 3% in Material Solutions (MS), with unit-driven revenue up ~7% led by liquid filtration, advanced deposition and selective etch. Operational actions (facility closures, productivity, useful-life accounting change) materially improved margins and free cash flow ($144M, ~18% of sales). The company reduced debt by ~$50M in the quarter and expects net leverage to fall to ~3x by year-end. Management now expects mid- to high-single-digit industry MSI growth for the remainder of 2026 and is constructive on fab spending (WFE + fab construction), which should increasingly benefit Entegris through waves: immediate fab construction, tool qualification (9–18 months), then unit-driven demand (~24 months). Advanced logic (40% of revenue) and DRAM (30%) are the primary tailwinds, while mainstream logic (≈1/3 of revenue) remains mixed. CapEx-related revenue (≈25% of total) is poised to increase later in 2026 and into 2027. The company appointed Sukhi Nagesh as CFO (effective May 18). Q2 guidance: revenue $815–$845M, gross margin ~46.25–47.25%, non-GAAP EPS $0.76–$0.84, and 2026 CapEx ~$250M. Investor Day scheduled for November 2026.
