Enpro Industries Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q3 2025
Enpro reported strong Q3 2025 results with nearly 10% organic sales growth, driven by Sealing Technologies (up 5.7%) and Advanced Surface Technologies (AST) (up >17%). Adjusted EBITDA was $69.3M (24.2% margin) and adjusted EPS was $1.99 (up >14%). Management closed the Overlook acquisition and expects to close AlpHa in Q4; together these add ~ $60M revenue and $17–18M adjusted EBITDA in 2026 and align with the Enpro 3.0 strategy to expand high-technical, customer-intimate businesses. Sealing remains highly profitable (segment margin >32%) with continued demand in aerospace, food & biopharma and aftermarket; AST is investing in precision cleaning and advanced-node qualifications, which pressured near-term margins and created choppy near-term revenue but positions the business for high single- to low double-digit growth and margin expansion over time. Balance sheet remains strong (net leverage 1.2x at quarter-end; expected ~2x after announced transactions), free cash flow YTD $105M, capex ~ $50M for 2025, dividend paid and share buyback authorization outstanding. Updated full-year 2025 guidance was raised to the high end: revenue growth 7–8%, adjusted EBITDA $275–280M, adjusted EPS $7.75–8.05. Management highlights continued M&A and organic investments focused on long-term profitable growth while expecting near-term AST headwinds to persist into early 2026 before recovery in H2 2026.
