LiveRamp Holdings Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q3 2025
LiveRamp reported a strong fiscal Q3 with revenue of $195M (up 12% YoY), operating income of $45M (up 24%), record quarterly operating margin of 23%, and ARR of $491M (up 10%). Sales momentum rebounded materially in Q3 with improved pipeline conversion, larger average deal sizes, higher renewal rates and meaningful upsells and new logos across identity connectivity, clean rooms and the data marketplace (which grew ~18–20% and saw strength in CTV). Management raised FY25 revenue guidance to $741–743M (12–13% growth) and expects non-GAAP operating income of $135M (18% margin), positioning the company to reach or surpass Rule of 30 this year and target 20–25% operating margins in FY26. Free cash flow improved (YTD $91M), share repurchases continued ($76M YTD with $282M remaining authorization), and management emphasized product and go-to-market improvements, AI integrations, and continued focus on scaling the data collaboration network and cost discipline.
