Big Week Ahead: 20+ Major Earnings and GDP Data That Could Move Stocks

More than half of the Magnificent Seven companies will report earnings this week, along with major names in tech, energy, finance, and consumer sectors. Investors are also watching President Donald Trump’s 100th day in office on Wednesday, as stocks face the worst start in a century.
Apple, the world’s most valuable company, reports Thursday. The iPhone maker faces pressure from Trump’s tariff policies, with about 90% of its products made in China. After a dip on tariff news, Apple shares rebounded last week when some products were exempted. Amazon also reports Thursday after a downgrade from Raymond James due to its China exposure.

Microsoft, reporting Wednesday, is not expected to be heavily affected by tariffs. Investors will focus on its cloud segment after a weak prior quarter. Meta Platforms also reports on Wednesday, amid its ongoing antitrust case with the FTC.
Coca-Cola releases earnings on Tuesday. Analysts say the company is well-positioned despite global trade barriers. McDonald's, reporting Thursday, will give a read on U.S. consumer strength. General Motors also reports, with investors watching for tariff impacts on automakers.
Visa reports Tuesday and is rumored to be bidding to take over Apple's credit card payment network. Other financial names reporting include Mastercard, HSBC Holdings, UBS, and PayPal.
Crypto investors will focus on Thursday’s report from Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), following wider-than-expected losses last quarter.
Several big pharmaceutical companies also report this week, including AstraZeneca, Novartis, and Pfizer on Tuesday, and Eli Lilly and Amgen on Thursday. Energy stocks will be in the spotlight Friday with ExxonMobil, Chevron, and Shell. Exxon has warned that lower oil prices could weigh on its results.
