The company expects to produce at least 60 EUV Low NA systems in 2026 and accelerate toward at least 80 Low NA units in 2027 if customer demand supports it. Technology highlights: demonstration of a 1,000-watt EUV source (enabling 330 wafers/hour by 2031), short-term throughput improvements on current NXE:3800E (to 230 wph) and NXE:3800F (to 260 wph), and progress on High NA tooling and ecosystem readiness which can materially reduce mask/process complexity for customers.
