ATEA ASA Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q2 2026
Atea delivered a strong Q2 2026 with broad-based sales growth and improved profitability. Gross sales were NOK 18.9bn (+12.5% YoY; organic growth ~19.4% in constant currency), IFRS net revenue NOK 10.4bn (+14.1%), EBIT NOK 320m (+19.2%) and net profit NOK 218m (+~40%). Hardware was the primary driver (+21.2%), with particular strength in data center and networking; software/cloud (notably security and productivity) also grew (+11.7%), while services declined slightly (-4.7%, roughly flat in constant currency versus a tough comparator). Cash flow from operations was a NOK 727m outflow in Q2, driven by a strategic inventory build to mitigate supply constraints; management expects inventory to be reduced and cash flow to improve in H2 2026. Balance sheet remains strong with net debt of NOK 1.3bn (net debt/EBITDA ~0.5x) and substantial headroom under covenants. Regional performance was positive across markets (very strong Norway, Sweden, Denmark improving, Finland and Baltics growing). Outlook: management expects Q3 to be similar to Q2, supported by high backlog and sustained hardware demand, but notes visibility remains challenging and currency headwinds impacted reported growth this quarter.
