Broadridge Financial Solutions Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q1 2026
Broadridge reported a strong start to fiscal 2026 with recurring revenue growth of 8% (constant currency) and adjusted EPS up 51% to $1.51. Management raised the recurring revenue outlook to the higher end of its 5%–7% guidance range, reaffirmed full-year adjusted EPS growth guidance of 8%–12%, and kept Closed sales guidance of $290M–$330M. Governance (ICS) revenue grew 5% driven by equity position growth and new product/engagement solutions; Wealth revenue grew 22% (including SIS acquisition); Capital Markets grew 6% and began to show early revenue from tokenization/DLR activity. Broadridge is investing in tokenization, digital assets, shareholder engagement, digital communications, AI and platform initiatives, and sees tokenization as a long-term megatrend with potential to drive future position growth. The company recorded $4M of recurring revenue as a Canton Network Super Validator and a $46M unrealized mark-to-market gain on Canton Coin holdings (excluded from adjusted EPS); management said it expects GAAP volatility from digital assets and plans to manage/likely monetize holdings over time. They completed two tuck-in acquisitions (Signal, iJoin), repurchased $150M of shares in the quarter, and remain confident in delivering on multi-year growth objectives.
