Rollins Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q1 2026
Rollins reported a strong start to 2026 with total revenue up 10.2% and organic revenue up 6.6% for the quarter, accelerating to ~12% total and >8% organic in March. Growth was broad-based across residential (+9.3%), commercial (+9.6%) and termite/ancillary (+13.5%). Management highlighted deliberate pre-peak investments in sales, technicians and customer support to secure demand and protect service quality (despite near-term margin pressure). The company completed the Romex acquisition to expand market presence and scale across complementary territories. Gross margin was 50.8% (down 60 bps) with headwinds from lower vehicle gains (~50 bps), higher insurance/claims (~30 bps) and carrying additional service payroll (~20 bps). SG&A was up due to incremental selling investments and insurance. Adjusted EBITDA rose ~4.4% and adjusted EPS was $0.24 (+9.1% y/y). Cash flow remained healthy: operating cash flow $118M, free cash flow $111M, free cash flow conversion >100%, leverage ~0.9x. Management reiterated full-year expectations of 7%–8% organic growth plus 2%–3% from M&A, price contributing ~3%–4% for the year (ahead of CPI), an effective tax rate expected under 25%, and improving margins as the year progresses into peak season. They noted volatility in insurance/claims and said safety investments should reduce frequency over time. An Investor Day is scheduled for May 14.
