Acuren Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q1 2026
TIC Solutions reported Q1 2026 revenue of $488M (combined organic growth 2.2%), driven by strong Consulting Engineering (CE) growth (+9.5% YoY) and steady Geospatial (GO, +4.5%). CE benefited from data center, infrastructure and building-related work with margin expansion (adjusted gross margin 47.6%). Geospatial showed solid demand from utilities and continued Geo AI development; backlog for CE+GO rose ~14% YoY to $1.12B. Inspection & Mitigation (I&M) was essentially flat YoY, facing regional and timing pressures (notably Gulf Coast/LNG and shifted outage timing), but the team is focused on margin discipline, regional accountability and higher-value work. Adjusted gross profit was $180M and adjusted EBITDA was $57.7M; adjusted EBITDA and revenue guidance for full-year 2026 were reaffirmed at $330–355M and $2.15–2.25B, respectively. Liquidity was $537M (cash $427M) and term debt $1.6B. Integration synergies are ahead of plan: ~$17M of a $25M annualized cost program actioned; realized 2026 savings now expected to be roughly $15M. Near-term focus: convert durable tailwinds (aging infrastructure, energy demand, data consumption, digitization) into profitable growth through cross-selling, higher-value services, margin expansion and disciplined capital allocation. Investor Day planned May 19 to provide more detail on long-term framework and margin/capital allocation plans.
