Temenos AG Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q3 2025
Temenos reported a strong Q3 2025: total revenue grew 11% with subscription & SaaS and maintenance both showing healthy growth (subscription & SaaS +10% in Q3; maintenance +14%). ARR increased to 88% of last 12 months revenue. EBIT grew 36% and EPS grew ~41% year-on-year in the quarter, driven by operating leverage and cost-savings that are largely funding ongoing investments. Free cash flow rose 30% in Q3 and is up 13% year-to-date; full-year free cash flow guidance is maintained at at least +12%. The company completed its CHF 250m buyback in August, ended the quarter with $184m cash and net debt of $702m (leverage 1.4x). Management is increasing 2025 guidance: subscription & SaaS growth to at least 7%, EBIT growth to at least 14%, EPS growth to 15–17% (ARR and free cash flow guidance unchanged). Key operational notes: sales headcount is on track to increase ~50% by year-end, continued R&D hires (India, U.S.), and traction for newly launched AI products (FCM AI agent; Money Movement and Management). Management sees a stable sales environment with no material impact from recent U.S. bank credit concerns; several large deals remain in the Q4 pipeline (management remains prudent and continues to apply a risk-weighted approach to large deals). The Board confirmed the ongoing CEO search; interim CEO/CFO will continue executing the existing strategy and roadmap.
