WiseTech Global Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q4 2025
WiseTech reported FY'25 revenue of $778.7m (14% YoY) and strong profitability and cash generation: underlying EBITDA (ex E2open M&A costs) of $409.5m (up 26%) and an EBITDA margin of 53%, underlying NPAT of $241.8m (up 30%) and free cash flow of $287m (up 31%). CargoWise organic revenue grew 17% (to $682.2m) with 99% recurring revenue. The CargoWise Next rollout is essentially complete and breakthrough products (notably Container Transport Optimization — CTO — and agentic AI workflow/management engines) are progressing toward commercialization. WiseTech completed the acquisition of E2open (closing 4 Aug 2025), which management calls transformative — expanding the addressable market and enabling end-to-end supply chain capabilities and new data synergies. Integration work has started; management expects one-off integration/M&A-related costs (~$45–50m in FY'26) and targets $50m run-rate cost synergies by end FY'27. A new CargoWise commercial model (the CargoWise Value Pack) will remove per-seat pricing in favour of a single per-transaction value-aligned price, expected to begin rollout in H1 FY'26 and drive deeper penetration (including SMEs), product adoption and new AI-driven monetization. FY'26 guidance (including E2open from 4 Aug): revenue $1.39–1.44bn (growth of ~79–85% pro forma), EBITDA $550–585m (margin 40–41%), with an expected EBITDA margin exit run-rate of 43–44%. Management emphasizes product-led growth, AI-driven efficiency, continued large global forwarder rollouts, and further M&A optionality.
