Tesla is recalling nearly 580,000 vehicles in the US because a “Boombox” function can play sounds over an external speaker and obscure audible warnings for pedestrians.
Kevin Kish, the director of the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), said the agency had received hundreds of complaints from workers at the Fremont plant.
