Endeavour Silver Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q1 2026
Endeavour Silver reported a record first quarter 2026 with production of ~2 million ounces of silver and 12,000 ounces of gold (3 million silver equivalent ounces), a 78% increase year-over-year after adding Copa and Terronera. Revenue was $210 million, mine operating earnings $94 million, and mine operating cash flow before taxes $115 million (a 400% increase YoY). AISC net of by‑product credits was $37/oz (up YoY due to inclusion of Copa and Terronera but down 9% sequentially). Direct operating costs per tonne were elevated in Q1 due to the new assets and local labor pressures (Peru) but management expects cost improvements as ramp-up and one‑time capital investments complete and efficiencies are realized—particularly at Terronera (grades expected to improve in H2) and Copa (crusher/mill expansion raising capacity >2,500 tpd). Cash and liquidity remain strong with cash >$232 million and working capital >$173 million. Management reiterated focus on advancing Pitarrilla (feasibility/43‑101 targeted in Q3 2026), noted permitting remains a gating item for construction (tailings dry stack permit targeted in 2027), and signaled capital allocation priority toward building Pitarrilla before considering dividends or buybacks.
