Fulcrum reported positive Phase Ib PIONEER results for pociredir in sickle cell disease: at 20 mg once daily after 12 weeks mean HbF rose from 7.1% to 19.3%, with improvements in hemolysis and anemia and 7 of 12 patients experiencing no VOCs during the 12-week period.
