Humacyte reported Q1 2026 operational progress and early commercial traction for Symvess alongside continued clinical and pipeline milestones. Q1 Symvess sales were $0.5M (29 units) vs $0.1M in Q1 2025. Management has strengthened the commercial and clinical leadership team (new CCO James Mercadante and Chief Surgical Officer Dr. Todd Rasmussen) to accelerate surgeon education, hospital adoption and IDN engagement. International expansion is underway: an MAA for arterial injury repair was accepted for review in Israel (180 working-day review), and a $1.475M purchase commitment was announced for Saudi Arabia to support clinical evaluation and potential JV/licensing. Cash, cash equivalents and restricted cash were $48.9M as of March 31, 2026, and management expects the cost-savings from restructuring to be spread through the remainder of 2026.
