IBEX Earnings Call Transcript Summary of Q1 2026
IBEX reported a strong start to FY2026 with revenue of $151.2M, up 16.5% year-over-year, and record first-quarter adjusted EBITDA, adjusted EPS and free cash flow. Adjusted EPS rose 74% to $0.90 and adjusted EBITDA increased 24.9% to $19.5M (12.9% margin). Growth was broad-based across retail & e-commerce, HealthTech and travel/transportation; fintech returned to growth and telecom declined as expected. High-margin offshore and digital/omnichannel services continue to expand (offshore revenue +20% in the quarter; digital/omnichannel now ~82% of revenue). Cash generation improved (operating cash $15.7M, FCF $8M), DSOs improved, and the company repurchased shares ($2.7M in the quarter) with $10.6M remaining on the program. Management emphasized AI as a differentiator—internal AI tools and client-facing AI + human agent integration—and expects AI deployments to become a more meaningful growth and margin lever by late FY2026/FY2027. Fiscal 2026 guidance was raised: revenue $605M–$620M (from $590M–$610M) and adjusted EBITDA $78M–$81M (from $75M–$79M); CapEx expected $20M–$25M. Operational resilience in the face of natural disasters (notably Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica) and strong client retention (>98%) were highlighted as competitive strengths.
