The investment seeks to provide investment results that track the performance of the CEMP U.S. Large Cap High Dividend 100 Long/Cash Volatility Weighted Index before fees and expenses. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets in the stocks of the issuers in the CEMP US Large Cap 100 High Dividend Long/Cash Volatility Weighted Index. The index is an unmanaged index that was created and maintained by the Adviser and generally consists of the common stock of the 100 highest dividend yielding stocks of the CEMP US Large Cap 500 Volatility Weighted Index.
