The investment seeks to provide investment results that track the performance of the CEMP U.S. Large Cap 500 Volatility Weighted Index before fees and expenses. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets in the stock of the issuers included in the CEMP U.S. Large Cap 500 Volatility Weighted Index, an unmanaged index created and maintained by the Adviser. The index is a volatility weighted index comprised of the 500 largest U.S. companies by market capitalization measured at the time the index's constituent securities are determined.
